Cedar Rapids local is on their way back to Cedar Rapids from Manchester with a small train today.

L563 works it's way back toward Cedar Rapids at 25mph after setting out and picking up at Manchester. This Sub is mainly 25mph except for about 12 miles which is 40mph.
